CAPPUCINO water filter has been created strictly for gastronomy and vending application. It enhances tea and coffee aroma, but also prevents brewing equipment form limescale deposition.
Smart design of CAPPUCIONO filter includes a by pass for mixing filtered water with raw water. This method allows to keep the optimal level of minerals in drinking water, which is crucial for tasty and fragrant brewes. The by pass method is versatile, as one can adjust the mixing ratio of filtered and raw water according to the desired results, type of coffee and quality of raw water.
To upgrade the coffee flavour even more, CAPPUCIONO water filter contains also active carbon cartridge.
Filter system with the active carbon pre-filtration stage, which removes mechanical impurities, as well as chlorine and its derivatives. Next, the degree of raw water mixing is set with the use of by pass. Finally, the water is softened in two CWR resin cartridges connected in-line.
