The smart design of the CAPPUCINO filter includes a bypass for mixing filtered water with raw water. This method allows for keeping the optimal level of minerals in drinking water, which is crucial for tasty and fragrant brews. The bypass method is versatile, as one can adjust the mixing ratio of filtered and raw water according to the desired results, type of coffee and quality of raw water.
To upgrade the coffee flavour, the CAPPUCINO water filter also contains an active carbon cartridge.
Filter system with the active carbon pre-filtration stage, which removes mechanical impurities, as well as chlorine and its derivatives. Next, the degree of raw water mixing is set with the use of bypass. Finally, the water is softened in two CWR resin cartridges connected in-line.
